BlueZeon is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that any form of slavery is not taking place in its business or supply chains.

Relevant Policies
BlueZeon operates internal policies to ensure that it is conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:
Recruitment – BlueZeon operates a robust recruitment policy, including conducting eligibility to work in the UK checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
Supplier Due Diligence – BlueZeon conducts due diligence on all companies before allowing them to become one of its suppliers. This due diligence includes checks to determine the financial stability of the company as well as carrying out supplier audits, if appropriate.
BlueZeon intends to take the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking:
1. Notify all existing suppliers of its expectations and the suppliers obligations in relation to the prohibition of modern slavery.
2. Where appropriate BlueZeon will include reference to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in its policies and procedures.
